The digital divide what a phase that was created in the mid-1990s to describe a gap between the people who do have access to computers and the internet and those who don't have access to computers and the internet

 The reasons for the Digital Divide 

 Economical- Some people not afford devices that do connect to the internet such as smarts phones and computers. Or they could be more concerned to survival as they might be living in a war zone.

Infrastructure- Some people may not be able even have electricity or even who don't have phones lines.

Politico-social Factors- Some people living war won't be using technology as might be more concern with not dying for the effect of war. And the dictator ruling may not his people on the internet for fear of being taken over.

Geographical- People how live ind deserts and around mountains won't be able to use the the internet due to the poor connection.
